4U TimeLess Elegance Events & Décor LLC is a Virginia-based, woman-owned business.  I started planning events and decorating as a hobby, which turned into a passion.  Planning full-service weddings, birthday parties and baby showers for couples who desire that fairytale event without the fairytale budget.
